Pre-investment study comprises several stages: Identification of technical idea and investment opportunities studies, analysis of project alternatives and preliminary project selection as well as project preparation and investment decisions (prefeasibility and feasibility studies).
ICPDC provides the opportunity to support the technical ideas that are considerable in terms of investment and proposed by the third party.According to the company’s access to sources of venture capitalist, developed ideas could enter into the investment phase.
Identification of investment opportunities should be made at the beginning of investment-related activities. Information on the newly identified and viable investment opportunities should be obtained. ICPDC faces various investment opportunities that could be continued, accomplished and funded.
A pre-feasibility study should be viewed as an intermediate stage between a project opportunity study and a detailed feasibility study (FS); the difference being in the degree of detail of the information obtained and the intensity with which project alternatives are discussed.
A feasibility study should provide all data necessary for an investment decision. The commercial, technical, financial, economic and environmental prerequisites for an investment project should therefore be defined and critically examined based on pre-feasibility study.
