The ideas that have passed the initial filters in phase I and have more potential for investing are studied profoundly in this phase. In order to develop potential ideas into investment phase, ICPDC investigates an idea in terms of marketing, technical and economic feasibility. Eventually this phase should provides a comprehensive feasibility study and all data necessary for entering into the investment phase.
